What can you see in Space?

This term's Learning Challenge is all about Space.  Our focus for each week are:

  • What is there in Space?
  • How can we get there?
  • Is there any light in Space?
  • Is it hot or cold in Space?
  • Does anything grow in Space?

We have been very busy learning about Space in Bees.  We explored our Learning Challenge in a variety of ways:  with stories, art and role play.  We made a dark tent which the Bees loved exploring the light in and outside we we able to enter our very own space ship!

We hope you enjoy looking at the photos as much as we enjoyed creating the activities and the Bees exploring them!

We have been using the ipads and practising how to use Purple Mash.  We hope that all of you have been able to use your passwords to get onto Purple Mash at home.  The children have been trying really hard to explore this programme with Mrs Pomeroy.  They have really enjoyed using the ipads.
