Bike Club takes place with Mr Simpson after school on Tuesday with Year 5.
Mr Simpson is in school on Tuesday afternoons in Ladybirds to deliver cycling lessons. It has been great fun. We played our warm up game first.
We talked about why we wear hats when we ride a bike.
Then we started to ride our bikes.
Westglade After School Dance Club entered a dance competition at Ellis Guildford School run by Sports School Nottingham on Tuesday 13th February. Westglade Dancers performed a brilliant dance. They shared their experience in a school assembly on Thursday 15th February. 
Ready for action to play a match at Southglade  Leisure Centre on Thursday 8th February.
Infant Agility Stars Event on 30th January. Our Westglade Sports Ambassadors and some Year 5 pupils helped deliver agility activities to Year 2 Foxes and Year 1.

Westglade Primary Football Team

What do you enjoy about being in the Westglade Primary football Team?

"Saving goals and winning," said Aaron. "We like the teamwork," replied Rowan and Bailey. Callum likes playing with his friends and Anesu enjoys being team captain. Julia said,

"Football is my hobby and likes playing football everday" Evan enjoys saving penalties.


Our Sports Ambassadors have a Change for Life planning meeting as they start to run a club with NTU Sport Science students on Monday 15th January at lunchtime.
Mr Fearn has started his lunchtime table tennis club with Year 6
Our Sports Ambassadors are helping out at our Change for Life Club on Monday lunchtime.
We are lucky to have Nottingham Trent University Sports Science students teaching Kestrels and Robins on Monday afternoon fundamental movement skills.
