At Westglade Primary school children are treated as unique, talented individuals who deserve the absolutely best education that can be provided. In order to achieve this we ensure that every child is provided with a stimulating, challenging and creative curriculum and environment. We aim to ensure that children leave their Primary school showing courage, kindness, friendship, character and a strong sense of wellbeing. Children are at the heart of all we do. We discover, grow and blossom together.

As a school community, we selected six core values that underpin everything we do. These were selected by children, parents, teachers and governors as the key values we would like our children to display. They drive our curriculum, behaviour policy and ethos.
